Is Fixatia free to use?
Yes! You can browse all properties, view renovation estimates, and use the basic ROI calculator for free. Free users see region-level locations. Paid subscribers can unlock exact addresses, access advanced calculators, and receive priority alerts for new listings.
Which countries does Fixatia cover?
We currently aggregate property data from Spain, Portugal, Italy, France, Germany, and Croatia. We're continuously expanding to cover more European markets.
Properties & Data
Where do the property listings come from?
We aggregate data from 10 official government auction portals and established auction houses across Europe. This includes judicial auctions, tax authority sales, foreclosures, and insolvency proceedings. All data is collected in compliance with each portal's terms of service.
How often is the data updated?
Our automated scrapers run daily to capture new listings and update existing ones. Active auction dates, prices, and status are refreshed within 24 hours of changes on the source portals.
What does 'blind listing' mean?
Free users can see all property details except the exact address—they see only the region/city level. This allows you to evaluate opportunities before committing to a subscription. Paid subscribers can unlock the full address with one click.
How do I unlock a property's address?
Subscribe to our Scout (€29/month) or Pro (€99/month) plan to unlock unlimited addresses. Each unlocked address includes direct links to the original auction listing and any available documentation.
Green ROI Calculator
How is the ROI calculated?
Our calculator considers purchase price, estimated renovation costs (based on property type, age, and location), available government subsidies, projected energy savings from green upgrades, and estimated post-renovation market value. We use PVGIS solar data and local construction cost indices.
What subsidies are included?
We track 200+ European grant programs for green renovations, including heat pump installation, solar panels, insulation, and window upgrades. The calculator automatically matches your property to eligible programs based on location and renovation type.
How accurate are the estimates?
Our estimates are based on aggregated market data and official subsidy programs. They're designed to give you a realistic starting point for due diligence. Actual costs and returns may vary based on property condition, contractor quotes, and market changes.
Subscription & Billing
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through our secure payment partner Stripe. PayPal support is coming soon.
What is your refund policy?
