Fixatia provides a platform for discovering and analyzing European real estate auction properties. Our services include property data aggregation, green renovation ROI calculators, subsidy matching, and connections to legal and financial partners. We do not provide legal, financial, or investment advice.

To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Paid subscriptions provide access to premium features as described on our pricing page. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are available within 30 days of initial subscription
• We may modify pricing with 30 days notice; existing subscribers are grandfathered at their current rate for one billing cycle

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Fixatia (saved properties, notes, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and display that content as needed to provide our services.

Property listings on Fixatia are aggregated from third-party government portals and auction houses. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any listing data. Always verify information directly with the source before making investment decisions.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms. Specifically, you may not:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from our platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Resell or redistribute our data without authorization

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Investment in real estate carries inherent risks, and past performance is not indicative of future results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fixatia and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fixatia and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these terms will survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the member state in which Fixatia is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
